Can I purchase more than 6 courses total?
Yes, absolutely! While one subscription allows up to 6 courses maximum, you are not limited to only 6 courses total. You can purchase multiple subscriptions to access more courses.
How it works: Complete your first subscription (up to 6 courses), then return to the Learning Zone and click on Course Shop to start a new subscription for additional courses. Repeat as needed for more courses.
Example scenarios: For 7 courses, purchase Silver+ (6) + Bronze (1). For 8 courses, purchase Silver+ (6) + Duo (2). For 12 courses, purchase Silver+ (6) + Silver+ (6).
How do the coaching sessions work?
Gold includes scheduled support/coaching sessions each month of supervised group sessions. Your coach helps you plan weekly revision, stay consistent, and improve exam performance using your Ezy gradebook data.
How many students are in a session?
Sessions are small-group. You still study independently on the platform 24/7, and the coach supports multiple learners while keeping it structured.
What subjects are included in the Gold coaching?
The Gold package includes Maths, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
It can also include Business and Economics if the student requires them, as not all students take these subjects at GCSE.
Can you choose the day/time?
Yes — you select from available monthly slots. Sessions are ideally scheduled on the same date and time each month. If you miss a session, we’ll offer an alternative where possible.
What is included in Bronze email alerts?
Basic progress alerts such as completion and performance updates from the gradebook.
Do I have to buy multiple subjects to subscribe to Gold?
No — you can subscribe with one subject or add multiple subjects (your choice).
Does Gold include Business and Economics?
Yes — if you select them as your subjects.
Can all subjects be included in Bronze?
Bronze includes one subject. For multiple subjects, choose Silver/Gold.
What does "up to 4 courses" mean on Silver?
You can enrol in up to 4 course options under one subscription (e.g., Economics + Business + Maths).
Does A-Level Economics include both Micro & Macro?
Yes — your subscription covers both Micro and Macro.
Why did the checkout only let me choose Micro or Macro?
That choice is for initial setup only. You can switch/transition anytime as you progress (e.g., Year 12 → Year 13).
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
Yes — you can choose monthly or annual at checkout (annual may include a discount where available).
Can I mix GCSE and A-Level subjects?
Yes — you can mix and match levels (GCSE + A-Level) within your plan's course limit.
What support is included with Silver?
Silver includes progress tracking and optional weekly work-setting/timetable guidance (on request), plus customer care via [email protected].
Are live tutor sessions included in Silver?
No — live sessions are part of Gold. Silver support is self-study + tracking + guidance (on request).
Can I book 1:1 tutoring separately?
Yes — you can book ad-hoc 1:1 tutoring alongside any plan. This is charged separately (currently £60/hour).
Can I ask my school to subscribe instead of paying myself?
Yes — it's worth asking. If your school subscribes, you may not need to pay personally, and the school benefits too: teachers save time with ready-made resources and tracking, while students get 24/7 access to revision and practice.
